Prices are displayed in euros, all taxes included (VAT included). ACTIVEDESK reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, with the understanding that the price applicable to the order will be the one in effect at the time the order is confirmed.


3. Orders

The validation of an order by the buyer constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Any order implies full and unconditional acceptance of these terms and conditions of sale.


4. Payment

Payment is made online by credit/debit card or any other payment method available on the website. The order is confirmed once payment has been successfully processed.


5. Delivery

Products are delivered to the address provided by the buyer at the time of ordering. Delivery times are provided for informational purposes only.


6. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with applicable law, the buyer has a period of 14 days from the date of receipt of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to provide a reason or pay any penalties.


7. Warranties

All our products are covered by the legal warranty of conformity and the warranty against hidden defects, in accordance with applicable legal provisions.


8. Disputes

In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action is taken. Failing that, French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
